How do I redeem a gift vouchers or credit note?

You can find the event you want to attend as normal on our website. Once you've added an event and drinks to your basket, log in and proceed to checkout.
"Continue" to the checkout page, towards the bottom of the page (under personal details, summary and ticket delivery) is a CREDIT section, simply input your code into the box. Any remaining balance will automatically transfer to your account for your next purchase. Click here to see how to redeem this next time.
Gift vouchers and credit notes can be used against any online product or event at Hot Water Comedy Club but cannot be be used for events where tickets are sold via a different website. We will often list externally promoted shows that direct you to another website where tickets can be purchased. They can not be redeemed against food/drink purchased at the venue.
Gift Vouchers can be used in full or part payment of any purchase. Any Gift Vouchers being used AFTER 4th May 2022 will have any remaining balance left saved onto their online account to use for any future bookings made under their account only.
If you have used a gift voucher or credit note before this date they were single use only and therefore any credit balance remaining was lost and will not be valid against any future purchases. Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
