What is your Cancellation/Transfer policy?

Tickets can be transferred to another date or a credit issues to your account if requested 14 days or more before the scheduled performance date for all shows booked directly on the Hot Water Comedy Club website.
Refunds cannot be given for any events.
If you have purchased the optional extra ticket plan then you would need to contact ticket plan directly to make a claim provided that your claim is eligible as it is an separate company.
The rules regarding transferring tickets for other venues or solo tour shows may be different than our own so be sure to check these before purchasing.
