What is your Blue Light offer?

Here at Hot Water Comedy Club we offer all eligible parties a completely free ticket for many comedy show on us for all you everyday 'blue light' heroes*

All 'blue light' free tickets need to be booked via our help centre after booking the rest of your group in.

How to Claim Your Blue Light Ticket

1. Check Eligibility:

• Blue Light tickets are only available for events displaying the Blue Light ticket option.

• Not all events are eligible for this offer.

2. Purchase a Standard Ticket:

• A standard ticket must be purchased first for you or your group.

3. Request Your Blue Light Ticket:

• After purchasing, visit our Help Centre to submit a request. Our team will manually add a free Blue Light ticket to your booking.

Terms & Conditions:

• *The free blue light offer can only be redeemed when purchasing at least 1 full price ticket.
• 1 free blue light ticket per 1 fully paid ticket purchased, if you require and are eligible for more blue light tickets you must first purchase the same or more number of paid tickets. 
• Offer only valid for our own events at our own Hot Water Comedy Club venue in Liverpool.
• Valid photographic ID & blue light status verification must be shown on the night or the full ticket price will be requested to gain entry.
• Photo ID will be needed if not showing on your blue light status card.
• Blue light accepted ID include the following - NHS staff card, police warrant card or police ID card, fire service ID card, Ambulance service ID card, social care workers ID card, HM Coastguard, Military ID card, Veteran ID card or discharge papers, Prison service ID card, charity ID card (relating to emergency services only), Blue light card, digital blue light card accepted.
  
• We now also allow this same offer for any teachers who have the teacher digi- card (https://www.teachercard.co.uk).  This card must be show as I.D.
• Only 1 free ticket per separate blue light ticket with valid ID.
• Booking in advance is required to take advantage of the free blue light promotion as this cannot be redeemed on the door.
• Blue light free tickets requests require a minimum of 48 hours notice for our team to be able to process the booking.
• Subject to availability.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Not available for touring shows and special events including 'an audience with' shows.
• Offer only valid for customers booking who have booked with ourselves, can not be redeemed for external ticketing sites such as ticket master.
  
• This offer is valid for new bookings only and cannot be backdated for any existing orders.
• Exclusions apply, if the event you are looking at does not display a blue light ticket button then this show is excluded from this offer.
• If a blue light ticket is available this will show as one of the ticket options.
