What happens if my event is cancelled due to a forced government closure due to Covid-19?

I have tickets for an event in a different venue to Hot Water Comedy Club.  Will I need to show anything to get in?

I have tickets to a Hot Water Comedy Club event. Will I need to provide a negative test, proof of vaccine or antibody to gain entry?
