You will receive your e ticket via email straight after your order is placed so they should be in your inbox or junk folder to access. 

If you can not locate your email then please log into your online account. Your username is your email address.

If you still don't have access then please submit an enquiry to speak to a member of the team. Please note that during busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours excluding weekends for a response.
