I've bought tickets but haven't received them?

All our online tickets are e-tickets, which you should receive immediately after payment. If you've booked for one of our own shows at Hot Water Comedy Club, your name will be on the guest list, but we still recommend having your e-ticket in case of any issues. Our friendly door staff are always available to assist you.

Please check your junk or spam folder, as e-tickets may sometimes end up there. 

If you can't locate them, you can retrieve your tickets by logging into your online account using your email address as your username.

If you're still unable to access your tickets, please contact us. Please note that during busy periods, it may take up to 48 hours excluding weekends for a response.
