What is your refund policy?

If you have made a booking after 4th May 2022 we offer an optional ticket insurance where you can get a refund from your insurance company provided you have met the criteria.


If you haven't purchased this optional extra we offer a credit note for the full value less booking fee as long as this request is made 14 days or longer before the scheduled event start time. This can only be done via our live chat or help centre and cannot be done over the phone.
