How do I redeem a gift vouchers or credit note?

To redeem your code for an event on our website, follow these steps:

1. Find the event you want to attend on our website and add it, along with any drinks, to your basket.

2. Log in and proceed to checkout.

3. On the checkout page, scroll towards the bottom (under personal details, summary, and ticket delivery) to find the "CREDIT" section.

4. Input your code into the designated box. 

5. Tick the box to use credit. 

Any remaining balance will automatically transfer to your account for your next purchase. 

Please note that gift vouchers and credit notes can be used against any online product or event at Hot Water Comedy Club, except for events where tickets are sold via a different website. They cannot be redeemed for food or drink purchased at the venue.

Gift vouchers can be used in full or as part payment of any purchase. Any remaining balance on gift vouchers used after May 4, 2022, will be saved onto your online account for future bookings made under your account only

Gift vouchers or credit notes used before May 4, 2022 were single-use only, and any remaining credit balance was lost and is not valid for future purchases. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
